Lobster Ravioli

Cooking with your partner...
sounds impossible to do?
Not for us!
 luckily we are a great team and I'm glad he was around because this was a 4 hands project.

Who knew to make the pasta was just flour and eggs?

And we used our snazzy new pasta "maker" which makes it nice and smooth to make raviolis.

These babies were filled with fresh lobster meat, parsley, and parm cheese  
next time we are doing ricotta cheese for the thicker wetter texture.

For the sauce I used browned butter sauce, And I now know that you skim off the foam from the butter and only use what is underneath for the brown sauce. Lucky for me I got to eat the foamy yummy goodness. I also saved it to sprinkle on our asparagus.






You wanna know the awesome thing about letting your man to help in the kitchen?
Hes been doing the dishes! 
3 times a day!!!!

And thank you for having him in my dreams last night when I dreamed that I said "screw a wedding this summer!... lets just elope to the mountains in Colorado!"
